What is Personal Information?

2. Identifying Purposes
When an individual or organization purchases goods from MacMor Industries Ltd., we collect the following information:
- Company Name
- Individual Name
- Position/Title
- Company Mailing Address
- Company Phone, Fax & Email information.
MacMor Industries Ltd. will not sell, rent or share this information with any third party.
When you visit our website (www.macmor.com), like others, the web server automatically recognizes you by your IP address (a number assigned to you by your Internet Service Provider). The website does not identify you as an individual, or by your email address, unless you login to make a purchase with your account.
Our website, like many others uses “cookies” (information stored on your computer by your browser at our request). Cookies enable the site to “remember” who you are so that you can get around it easier and more efficiently. Different websites store the information in cookies differently. MacMor Industries Ltd. does not record personal or sensitive information in our cookies. Any such information is stored in our protected systems and not in the cookie or on the Internet.
3. Consent
MacMor Industries Ltd. will use, retain, and disclose personal information only with the consent of the individual. When an individual or organization purchases goods from us, they voluntarily provide their consent to use their information. An individual can voluntarily withdraw their consent to use their information at any time by contacting the Privacy Officer and providing written notice.

Collection of personal information is limited to the amount and type of information that is necessary for the identified purpose.
Customers: We collect only business contact information and use this information only in the efforts to fulfill orders placed with our company and to collect payment for those orders. We retain a marketing list which we use to e-mail and/or mail to our customers regarding sales and special offers. This list contains businesses, and business contacts. The list will only contain individuals from the public at large if they have explicitly opted-in, typically at trade shows, or through our web site. All our customers have the option of opting out of this marketing list by contacting us.
Employees: The privacy of our employees, both current and former, will be protected by documented policies and procedures as outlined in the MacMor Industries Ltd. Employee Handbook. These policies and procedures will be communicated to all new employees and existing employees on an ongoing basis.
5. Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention
MacMor Industries Ltd. will only retain personal information as long as reasonably necessary and we will conduct regular reviews to determine whether information that has been retained is still required.
6. Accuracy
MacMor Industries Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to ensure that personal information is accurate and up to date. At any time, customers may contact our offices and advise of updates or changes to their information.

We do not disclose our customer contact list to anyone outside MacMor Industries Ltd., nor do we use it to send out third party mailings. Any marketing efforts are devised to result in orders being placed by our business customers directly to MacMor Industries Ltd.
