Policy Update for Products Related to COVID-19

Thank you for your continued support during these difficult and unprecedented times. We have been working daily with our vendors to update and supply our customers on COVID-19 related products.

This notice is to inform you that our suppliers have implemented policies stating that all orders on items related to the current COVID-19 pandemic are non-cancellable or returnable. Therefore, related products purchased from MacMor Industries such as respirators, personal protective equipment, disinfecting and cleaning supplies, and other types of products related to the pandemic, are non-cancellable or returnable.

Currently, many of our vendors are unable to provide us with firm ETAs for product availability and delivery. Rest assured we are working diligently with them to receive these products as quickly as possible. Please reach out to your MacMor sales representative for any further details.
